In Vitro ADME Studies
In Vitro ADME screens provide critical information for lead optimization and selection of the appropriate species for conduct of toxicological studies. Elucidation of the interaction of a test substance under investigation using human cytochrome(s) P450 (CYP) and other drug-metabolizing enzymes is important for predicting its potential for interaction with other drugs which is of great relevance in the planning of clinical studies.

Pharmacokinetic and Toxicokinetic Studies
We undertake in vivo Pharmacokinetics and toxicokinetic studies in rodents (rats, mice, guinea pigs) and non rodents (rabbits, beagle dogs).
Acute and Sub Acute Toxicology Studies
We undertake Acute Dermal/Oral/inhalation toxicity study in rodents, Acute Dermal/Eye Irritation study in rabbits and skin sensitization study in guinea pigs.
We also undertake repeated 7/14/28/90 days Oral/Dermal/Inhalation toxicity studies in different species and developmental toxicity studies in rats/rabbits.
Our genotoxicity studies include AMES test, in vitro/in vivo chromosomal aberration tests, in vivo micronucleus assays, mouse lymphoma assay and cytotoxicity tests
